Federated Media Appoints Justin Nesci Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Nesci Brings Extensive Digital Media Sales, Marketing and Management Experience to Seasoned Team of Executives

SAUSALITO, Calif., August 18, 2008 - Federated Media Publishing (FM), a leading next-generation digital media company, today announced that Justin Nesci joined the company's executive team as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Nesci joins FM having lead sales and marketing teams at established digital media companies including Warner Music Group, MTV Networks/Nickelodeon and IMG, among others.

"There are few people I've met in the media community that have Justin's brand-marketing expertise combined with such a deep understanding of online consumer trends," said Chas Edwards, publisher and chief revenue officer at FM. Nesci will be responsible for FM's sales strategy and will manage the company's talented, quickly growing sales staff. With expertise in custom, integrated conversational marketing campaigns, FM's sales staff has developed deep, long-term relationships with leading brand marketers and advertising agencies. Nesci will be integral in the process of solidifying those relationships and expanding FM's opportunities into new arenas.
