PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
PLEASE NOTE: NEW FOR 2012 - PAID PARKING IN THE PRESIDIO: Beginning in January 2012, all parking will be paid parking. The fees are $1.00 an hour, with a daily cap of $6.00. Paid parking is between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is adequate parking to meet demand, but it can be limited at times. We encourage car pooling, shuttles or valet services and transit, when feasible.

CONFERENCE FEE REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Conference registration fees are refundable in total until March 7, 2012. Cancellations between 3/8/12 - 3/15/12 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be available for cancellation requests received on or after 3/16/2012. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to fmevents@federatedmedia.net.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitution requests must be made in writing. Requests will be accepted up to 3/19/12. Any substitutions requests on or after 3/10/12 must be made in person at the conference registration desk. Confirmation proof of original ticket purchased is required when requesting onsite substitutions. Requests and questions can be directed to fmevents@federatedmedia.net.
