For our Signal: Chicago conference, we'll be focusing on the theme of "Marketing in Real Time." CONFERENCE FEE REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Conference registration fees are refundable in total until August 29th, 2011. Cancellations between 8/30/11 - 9/13/11 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be available for cancellation requests received on or after 9/14/2011. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to fmevents@federatedmedia.net.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitution requests must be made in writing. Requests will be accepted up to 9/16/11. Any substitutions requests on or after 9/16/2011 must be made in person at the conference registration desk.
