John, I commented on Jeff's Conde Nast piece and politely disagreed with his point of view suggesting that we are currently drowning in a sea of user-generated graffiti and mediocrity and that the likes of Conde Nast are what is needed to ensure some class remains in journalism and static content and that they still have long established relationships with the likes of WPP et al which the new pretenders can only dream of. I also similarly suggested that the advertisers are not only all still there, they just haven't found anyone who has an elegant enough home for them to frequent... yet! Jeff Jarvis seemingly didn't like the points I made and removed my post... Is he just sensitive or prefers to maintain his cache by selective editing of his online challengers?
